We have also simplified the way we calculate our cover for customers peace of mind, our prices are based on our incurred costs per site and calculated based on the hardware that is needed to fully cover your site and connect it to our servers. For the sack of simplicity our price plans calculated per site per day and covers all needed hardware, installation, configuration, staff training, data storage and technical support. Categorizing sites into small, medium and large sites. This method covers most common business sizes. so choose the plan that meets your business requirements. Multi-site operations and corporate clients may fall out of these categories and can be quoted based on more detailed information and site survey, If in doubt or do not know which plan suites your business please contact our sales or technical support team. I have selected a plan, what’s next?

Once you decide to opt for any of our plans, Our technical team will carry out a site survey and set an installation date. you will be asked to complete your business registration for credit account and Our technical team will carry out the installation and configuration of your system Including all the features of the selected plan on the agreed date.

What happens after the installation?

Once the installation and configuration of your site’s system is completed a staff tanning session will be organized to ensure that your team can access the system and can use the automated monitoring system. Well that is about it you should say goodbye to manual records keeping and enjoy our automated monitoring. For more detailed information, Please contact our support team.

Can I change/cancel plans anytime?

Yes, you can. Our plans are month-to-month or yearly. You are free to cancel the selected plan anytime you wish with 30 days notice. Once you decide to cancel the current plan, we will not charge you for the next period provided a written notice of cancelation is received . As soon as you decide what other plan to opt for, we will contact you for verification.

My account is blocked or has expired, can I recover it?

Yes you can easily and automatically recover your account login details from the login page. your account will only have restricted access if there was unpaid invoices setting on your account. You can recover it by settling these invoices. All data from your personal account will remain intact for 6 months. If you do not settle till that moment, all data will vanish.

Do you offer any discounts on these plans?

Yes, We do offer our client an early payment discount for account paid in advance. we provide our clients with a 2% discount on any of the provided plans if quarterly payments made in advance of contract. we also provide our clients with a 5% discount on any of the provided plans if annual payments made in advance of contract.

How do I access my account?

If you are having problems with accessing your account, please follow several quick and easy troubleshooting steps that will help you fix the issue in no time. For example, you can reset your password via email or SMS, change the username, or whatsoever.
